Earlier this week Governor Lamont announced that the State of Connecticut will begin Phase I of reopening on May 20, 2020. This will be the beginning of a four phased approach to reopening the State of Connecticut operations, public spaces and private businesses that have been closed due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Each phase is based upon the successful completion of the previous phase. In addition, each phase has safety prerequisites that must be met to minimize the spread of the coronavirus.
