We are being told that all of the AEP providers are conducting the AEP groups by way of telehealth and that AEP evaluations are also being conducted through telehealth. Our understanding is that the bail commissioner's office is attempting to contact all the current AEP clients and informing them of this.
If you were ordered to participate in the AEP classes we suggest you contact the Bail Commissioner in the district where your case or cases are pending and see what guidance they can provide you.
